Long, long lurker of the former GSMB (since the Zooker days) and finally decided to jump in with the start of this new message board. Life long Gator fan since my first game against West Texas State way back in the early eighties (I was 7). Remembered a dog ran on the field and everyone cheered when he crossed the goal line, but maybe that was a different game. By the way, I found out about this site from a posted comment at the bottom of an article on Gatorsports. GO GATORS

:chomp: Welcome home Loogis! Don't hesitate to jump in and bust some chops if needed. Glad you're participating. I'm sure things will dramatically pick up during the season. Go Gators! :chomp:

Yeah I got jokes. Anyway, your podcasts are awesome. Got a long drive to work here in middle Georgia and love to listen to them. Get more of Zach this season!

That's good. On your first day you have to either beat someone up or become someone's bitch. I see you've picked the latter. :stickpoke:

I figured he lost credibility when he admitted he listened to the podcasts.

Welcome and I look forward to your comments. I live in Tn and put up with some stuff, you live where you can make a living not where you might like.

Surprised you saw the link. I post it and it magically disappears. You must have seen it before they did. :-)

Welcome...what is the avatar?

Yeah I got to work on that. It's an "abstract" of the 'Merican flag, reversed as you would wear it deployed. I'm military.

Very early on before they caught up to it I guess. I'm realizing now I have fewer and fewer reasons to go back to that site.

Donna Deegan? She just did it for the alliteration.

So that is Dan Hicken correct? I know he was the sports guy in Jax on WTLV for a long time and was married to that shrew mayor Donna Deegan for some time before she decided to make the weather guy Tim Deegan her 3rd husband. Its hysterical how animated he is in these videos.

and wasn't that also the verse that Koresh used to insist that all the women and girls "anoint him with their oils"? suddenly it is creepy.
Should be a giant red flag if your church leader wants you to serve him symbolically or otherwise. Next thing you know you'll be building a compound, stockpiling weapons, and sending your wife into his bed.

We were raised Baptists. There was a period when Mom took us to different denominations after our regular church preacher was caught cheating on his wife. One was a Methodist church. This particular one had a closing ceremony when people were encouraged to talk in tongues. Us kids voted to not go back. It was like the Excorcist x 100.

@Swamp Donkey I don’t know about David Koresh and the “annoint me with your oils” business. You sure that wasn’t Bill Clinton frequently?

The only time I've ever seen that done during a church service, months later it came to light that the woman washing the preachers feet was having an sexual affair with him.
