Started my Masters in Management at Tech, but they didn't have an evening school back in 1983, so finished it at GA State. Still . . . . of course I want FSU to lose, but now that it's Tech, I want them to win even more. GO JACKETS!!

Georgia Tech has always been one of those teams that I'll root for in a neutral game that I'm watching. Maybe it's because they hate UGA just as much as we do, but I like seeing them win.

Also, there's something deceptively cool about the bee/hornet mascot, imo. I've always liked it.

Plus Pepper Rodgers gave SOS his first real coaching job at GATech AND Bobby Dodd's son played for UF and helped lead the Gators to a victory against his Father's higher ranked GATech team back in the early 60's.

That's the ratio at GaTech today. It was much worse for those boys back in the 80's and 90's. I had a sorta cute friend from High School who thought about going there and did a campus visit. She wasn't hot, she was like the cutest girl in your AP calculus class. Above average...a solid 6 1/2, maybe a 7 if she put some effort into it. While she was on her campus tour, the GaTech boys were so desperate they were BEGGING her to go to school there saying things like "There are no hot girls in my classes, we NEED you here."
She chose UF.
Smart girl.
