A win in hostile territory puts UF in the SEC championship game for the 2nd straight year and would go along way to quieting down the 'noise in the system". But a loss, even with all the injuries, might be enough for the fan base to turn away from Ol HeHa.
Former Coach Steve Spurrier used to say that winning the SEC Championship was the most important goal every year, if you win that game other things just fall into place. To have a chance to win the Championship game you have to be one of the two teams playing in the game and that's what is on the table for Florida today. Win and move on to a probable Butt whipping from Bama or lose and have to hear the the voices of dissatisfaction until next season. Can Mac survive a loss to LSU with so much on the line?
*** Have to acknowledge that many have already given up on this staff, will a unexpected win bring them back?
Stay tuned....
