I find it hard to believe, on its face, that this UF player was or is turned on by children. And how was it discoveres in his possession? Albeit, the damage is done, but its just hard to believe.

Coming down on a kid this hard has me thinking these were clearly kids in the <16 and obviously minor range God only knows being forced to do some sick ****. You don't hit someone with 5 felonies for having a pic of their HS girlfriend lingering around in the iCloud!

I used to be a Public Defender, and I’ve had to defend about a half dozen of these perves. An element of the crime is knowing or should know that the photos were of minors.

There’s no doubt that these are definitely kids. The state won’t bother on “barely legal” models (is that porno mag still around).

And, before I get put on blast for defending these sickos, I didn’t go to trial on a single case. Just made sure their rights were protected and sent them on their way.

It’s been 12 years since I had a case like this, but he’s going to prison. Possession of this stuff is bad, but distributing it is a different animal. Homie going to prison, no doubt.

And, his life will be HELL in prison: Rich daddy and a pedophile. He’s gonna be a prison b!tch.

Because the app he was using immediately flagged it as CSAM and forwarded it to the NCMEC who then forwarded it to GPD who then went to his apartment where he (allegedly) admitted to the 2 pics being sent and then, subsequently, GPD found 3 more CSAM pics (allegedly). That's how.

In my mind, I would chalk up any kind of slow response for Cunningham from the team or kicking him out of school just a matter of doing all of the due diligence, legally speaking. Dead man walking

I was always very honest (mostly) with my kids (especially my boys) and said the same, but didn't try to pretend that there weren't crazy, and often illegal (sometimes VERY illegal), things that we did as kids that did NOT ruin your life back then, but would absolutely ruin theirs in this day and age.
