Yes, but Meyer suspended Dunlap for that for our biggest game of the year. Hell, may have cost us a National Title.

In Florida a 3rd DUI adjudication that is within 10 years of your second DUI makes it a 3rd degree felony. I assume other states have similar laws.

Curious why he wasnt charged with a fleeing charge? If you hit a U-ee and run from a DUI checkpoint thats a second charge in most states

All i know is, if I had been fortunate enough to be a scholarship football player, I would have been in trouble all the time. Partying was the most important thing to me at that age and I'm not sure any coach could have changed that.
