Yes. Say what you want about his cover skills, but the dude was a beast in the run game

Maybe we can actually recruit some safeties who can cover their man now rather than just undersized LB's playing safety

It was well documented that Alabama moved CB's to safety this year with great success. Granted they are loaded at LB which helps their cause.

So it was always the other guys fault? Looks like you are changing your arguments from:

Which is it?

His cover skills aren't great but I'd take him over Maye any day of the week.

As for the All-American comment, I think we all know those lists are garbage most the time. He is on there because of a few forced fumbles weeeeee.

So who was talking about Maye over Neal... you... no one else.

I don't remember Maye being out of position as much as him being right with the receiver so he would have the best seat in the house while he watched the receiver catch the ball (see the LSU and FSU games to start). As far as Maye being named an All American, if you recall we all laughed at that since it demonstrated the fact that the people that vote clearly don't watch the games

Why the hostility brah? I was referring to Tag's comment but was too lazy to quote it

You mean the one you started by bringing up another player as the reason for Neal's coverage issues? You are making arguments, you do not backup. Neal is a linebacker at best, without the coverage or the feel for the position for safety. Why are you so upset he is leaving? Why are you upset that no one is upset like you are he is leaving?
