That does not say 100%

So a source says more than 16.6 is guaranteed, so that mean the total of 25,351,277 wasn't guaranteed... reading is a wonderful thing, maybe you should do that. because no where in here does it say it is not guaranteed.

The Buccaneers did not announce contract terms, though AL.com's Natalie Pierre has confirmed through a source close to Winston that the former Florida State quarterback will receive a guaranteed 4-year, $25.35 million deal with a $16.7 million signing bonus. NFL rookie contracts and signing bonuses are slotted based upon where a player was drafted.
