Yes. Once they sign the financial paperwork they can comment on any of them publicly and they can have unlimited contact.

This is about the 4th year of this new rule interpretation for players who sign agreements after Aug. 1. It is primarily used for EE's.

This is no longer true if we were the first team he signed with.

Students can sign multiple Financial agreements. But only the school is held liable. The student can still go to where he wants. I am not aware of any NCAA penalty if the student chooses a different school.

That being said, I was not aware of Johnson signing one of these.
