I just remember him running in place a lot

He had some decent moments, remember the 06 Title game....when he wasn't injured, which was like half the time he was here. All I know is I'm going to go batsh!t crazy if I actually see Thompson hit a pile and move it forward for another 3 or 4 yards.

Hopefully the line will be up to the task. Nothing better in my book than to be able to bludgeon a defense with a big line and a big back before taking their heads off over the top. Like the old boxing adage, take out the body and the head will fall...

I see lots of discussion about Thompson and Scarlett, but I thought Cronk showed more consistency than Scarlett. Should be an interesting competition.
