Good read on the kid. I'm pulling for him and Perine when you know how much they've had to do to get here. That and guys like Massy coming in makes you believe in the future of the program and the type of guys Mac are bringing in.

I love that he went back to his high school to do the signing for UF. He knows the path he took, he's rightfully proud of what he's done to overcome the long road, and he's wants to be an example of what hard work can accomplish. No sense of entitlement in this young man.

Mark Thompson will be a great Gator.

And I think a heck of a football player, too.

Very nice addition to the team.

The key is going to be how much our young oline has improved through spring and fall camps. If they can give our QB one more second and can get our ypc average up by 1 with the backs we have, then look out. We aren't going to need our offense to be Oregon next year but just string together 2-4 good Td drives a game with a couple fg drives in there, and we will win %80 of our games out of the gate because of how good the d will be again
