I think he’s a self aware guy, who is fine with his ceiling. I don’t think he’s a NC caliber head coach because he’s too unbalanced in his approach to the game. But he enjoys his life, is comfortable at his alma mater, and loves just putting out a fun offensive product and being the occasional thorn in OU’s side. He may toy with an offer at times, but clearly has no interest in a pressure cooker job, other than to maybe to get a small raise, because he knows it’s not for him. For that, I do respect him.
