Didn't see a thread on here about it yet. McGregor was a huge favorite in the fight. On top of all of that, Nate Diaz is vegan and only had two weeks notice before the fight.

Broke his foot and pulled out of the fight. So they matched up the 2 mouthiest fighters. McGregor thought he could waltz up 2 weight classes even though the dos Anjos fight was at 155.

Don't forget that McGregor probably didn't cut any or much weight and diaz probably put on another 10 to 15 pounds before the fight.

Anjos was in a boot because he broke his foot. Conner did go up two weight classes, but he looked like a boy fighting a skinny butt giant. Unless McG increases his size for these higher weight class matches, he'll continue to lose to a fighter who is decent.

I don't like Nate Diaz either, but dang it man, he showed me something in this fight and earned some respect. Holm? Almost made it to to the end, but then she screwed up. Showed that her win over Rousey was more about Rousey sucking that fight rather than Holm being so good.

Yeah, hopefully Diaz will get paid on his next fight. He pulled that on 2 weeks notice. Pretty remarkable

I don't watch a ton of MMA but I would never bet against Diaz. Dude has some serious boxing skills and is an elite tri athlete from what I've heard watching some of his older fights.

The Diaz brothers are just a holes and it comes from their thuggish Gracie BJJ school. But don't count them out. They thrive at getting hit in the face and their conditioning is top notch.

I think Rousey is just a 1 trick pony. Great judo skills but not much else. Its arm bar or nothing.

Tate is more rounded is with her techniques.
