Knew someone was going to overpay, surprised it was the Dolphins. Thought their management was better.

..and what in the past 20 years has given you any reason to think that their management was even remotely qualified?

Also, this is great news as a Packers fan. The Packers' rivals keep getting weaker (Peterson gone in Minnesota, Marshall gone in Chicago, Suh gone in Detroit), and the Pack just solidified with resigning Cobb.

I feel your pain. As a Bucs fan, I prefer losing for another 2 seasons as opposed to taking that rapist from the clown school.

Not that TB cares, but I won't be pulling for them in any game until he's no longer the QB. I thought about pulling for Miami in the meantime, but Suh isn't much to cheer for

Other than one bad contract, it appeared they might be turning a corner... similar to how the Cowboys have appeared to turn a corner. But I guess not.

I can only hope that Suh's contract is full of "don't be a dumbass" clauses that will cost him big money when he's stupid. That said, I'd pay a little to see him crush Brady six or eight times a year.

$20 mill a year? LOL. How many games has he won for the Lions? How many 4th quarter sacks? Not many.

No way you pay that much for someone other than a QB. Flat out stupuid. It was like when the Bucs paid Revis $16 mill. For what?

At least the Bucs were smart (can't believe I put Bucs and smart in the some context) to make Revis's deal a series of 1 year deals. So there was no guaranteed money if he was cut.

It is almost as stupid as when someone spells "stupid" incorrectly.

This Packers fan thinks it's the greatest contract ever.

For that kind of money, he better be the starting QB.

I laughed out loud on this. Based on what?

Other than the Mike Wallace contract, which was ridiculous but made sense with the market that year and lack of WR talent, their GM (though short period of time) has made decent decisions.

Have you seen their record over the last couple of decades? Obviously their decision making couldn't have been that stellar.

I'm not referring to the last couple of decades, where questionable would be an understatement. I can't hold the current GM accountable for decisions that were made before him arriving.
