Florida is up 20-10 at the under 8 timeout. Blackshear seems hobbled somehow and our shooting is at 1 for whatever minus layups

This is the White offense I know and love.
Actually it isn't. We're attacking the basket and not settling for 3's. This is the first year we've done that under him. The shots aren't falling, it happens. They'll start falling soon enough.

Florida is up 30-15 at the under 3 timeout. All of our points are on the inside with a very hard rim causing bricks. But our offensive rebounding has been great

Florida is up 39-22 at the half. After a really slow start we picked up the scoring mainly inside and on 2nd chances.

Love the front court combo of KBJ and Payne. Payne is very athletic with a lot of energy while KBJ is more methodical. Liking what I see out of the 1s, 2s, and 3s as well. We have a lot of players that compliment each other this year.

Very impressed with the defense the first half in spite of opening game offensive jitters the first 12 minutes or so. UNF is experienced and pre-season pick to win their conference, but Florida has turned them over a lot. Blackshear has 11 points, Tre Mann & Omar Payne have looked very good. This team is bigger and deeper than we've had in a long time. This team is going to be fun to watch.

Came in a little late with us by 10...which we quickly extended and now up by 17.

Seems like we started slow, but once nerves settled, we looked comfortable.

I'm just floored with the length and size we have down low. Blackshear, Bassett, Payne, and the other new freshman Jason (won't get the last name right?)...all are more than enough to handle UNF and represent impressive depth. The obvious omission was Johnson (out with 2 fouls)...and yet, we didn't miss a beat. That type of depth wins championships. Being able to throw Noah, Hortford, Richards, and Speights at Oden in 2007 wore him out and greatly contributed to us winning that title.

Huge contrast to the exhibition in thatvwas took a TOTAL of 6 3pters in the first half..maybe by design, maybe the hard rim, maybe it's just taking what the defense was giving us
