Good news...Kowacie to play Wednesday

Bad news: Golden admitted to botching the rotation and leaving Reeves on the bench. Actually makes me feel worse about the whole situation

That's like leaving Jenna Jameson out of the "Best Blowjobs in Porn" clip. Opps...my bad!

Coach speak, you can't forget Kowacie but make sure to play Szymczyk
Golden provided an explanation for Reeves' lack of playing time during his media availability on Tuesday.

“I did a bad job this past week and [in] a lot of ways I need to be better," Golden admitted. "I thought we caught a good rhythm in the Florida State game, Trey has been playing really well, and Trey kind of took on that role.

“I think, again, I need to do a better job of managing rotations, you know. Wacie got the short end of the stick. That’s on me. He didn’t deserve to not play, but just kind of caught in the moment. It just kind of happened.”

The lack of playing time created rumors about it being a potential disciplinary action. However, Golden shut that down when asked about it, placing the blame on himself for allowing Reeves to fall out of the rotation.

As I said coach speak, when down 30 you don't play scrabble guy and not play Kowacie. It was a choice and Golden is keeping it quiet

It may work out in the long run, but why are we so hell bent on hiring up and comers? There were established coaches who wanted this job (or so I’ve read). Our admin loves taking the gambles
The rumor is we could have had Tony Bennett. But didn't wanna pay

I realize as Gator fans we don't know what a real halftime adjustment looks like so I thought I would post this as an example. Some coaches are hammers or screwdriver, other are carpenters. I'd suggest Strychnine get out of the tool aisle at Home Depot and get into the Next Door app and find a good carpenter.

No chance. Too inconsistent. Too short. Too many turnovers. Like his toughness and spirit though. Glad he's off to a good start. He had some games for us that were inspiring. But no consistent winning play from Appleby.

Maybe he’s just in a better offense now. Also a possibility :dunno:
