I flew those in a former life. Fantastic air machine.Done the airborne version more than once. Get back on the ground ready to fork something, fo' sho.
I don't know if I would call it analysis so much as grasping at straws to support an anti-DM narrative that is becoming increasingly difficult to spin. If these comments don't start embarrassing the people who make them, it may be that embarrassment is a higher brain-function emotion, with which they do not frequently trouble themselves. The early part of the thread is something else. I mean a single mistake or single unsuccessful playcall is broken down and presented as proof that somebody (usually Coach or Franks) is an idiot and evidence that we are being outcoached.
A great play or call is not reciprocated with how good or smart they have become. Really one sided analysis.
Our board says a lot of stupid sh#t, both of us includedo_OYou must not read our board.
Can't deny that Mullen has these guys playing extremely hard. Never thought we'd be sitting at 6-1 before the season, and especially after the UK game. I think there is a bunch of nervous puppy fans now. It's hard to deny how much more talented the dawgs are than us, but they seem beatable. Hopefully Mullen uses this buy week to put something special together for the dawgs.
I did...I disagree. Coach has done a remarkable job outcoaching opponents all season and did so again today. Very few mistakes.
We’ve been told for months this is one of the worst rosters we’ve had in decades. We have also been told repeatedly that Kirby has been amassing dynasty type talent at Georgia. These propositions have been challenged by very few. It is the reality. If we lose it will be because they are simply that much better and we made more physical mistakes. In no reality does Kirby outcoach our guy. He is Mark Richt. If we win you can bet your azz Mullen outcoached him. You don’t take the worst roster and beat the dynasty for any other reason.
None of us wanted Coach Mullen. Now alot of us wouldn’t want anyone else out there.
You noticed that too?I just spent the last 30 minutes reading this thread, after watching the game. It's amazing how perspective changes as the game goes along...and amazing how certain people stop posting as the game goes along...can only talk about how bad our coaches are and what terrible decisions they make...

Thank you sir for such a reasonable and thoughtful post. Because in reading these pages of the game today at Vanderbilt there was a lot of craziness going on with some posters. And in reality is kind of disappointing to read even with the mistakes the team and coaches were making. Thankfully while some posters panicked the coaches and players did not.34-6 comeback. Mullen and Grantham stay the course with the game plan and make adjustments as necessary. There is no panic with them. The team mirrors these coaches.
We on the other hand dissect each individual play and playcall to the nth degree and panic on each.
This is why they are major college football coaches and why DM makes 6 mil and we don’t. Our coaches stayed focused and called a great game. 34-6 comeback.
Franks continues to improve. Early in the thread some were calling him stupid. He played a great game 19-29 284 and 2 TD’s. Converted 2 big first downs running. Changed plays at the line and checked down to secondary receivers multiple times. Completed passes to 9 different receivers!! Plays with heart and his teammates believe in him. No quit in this kid.
34-6 comeback. Culture.
Can’t wait for Cover2’s takes. He’s probably typing a novel!
