For a full explanation of this game, see this thread:

https://gatorchatter.com/forum/main-s...-score-contest

For prizes, see this thread:

https://gatorchatter.com/forum/main-s...d-why-not-play

In this thread, you are going to post your prediction of the total points scored in the game by both teams without going over. In other words, if you think our Gators (or the opposition) are going to win 13-6, you would put out a score of 19. If the total points scored between both teams ends up at 18 or less, you lose! You cannot go over or your score is ineligible to place. Whichever team wins or loses is irrelevant to the contest.

You are also going to give a secondary number that is only to be used in the case of ties. It's going to be the total points for both teams at halftime. Unlike the first number, this one is simply going to be who is closest to break the tie - the number can be over or under.

You are allowed one post in this thread for your scores. That's it. No discussion, no chit-chat, no comments. Anything else will be deleted. You may come back and edit the two numbers as many times as you please until 10:00 PM EST on Friday when the thread is locked.

A simple way to make your post would be: 50 (25)

This costs you nothing to play and the weekly winner gets two koozies. Points are compiled for the points leaders every week, and the top 5 at the end of the season get some pretty decent prizes. There's no excuse for not playing, people!

The current points leaders are:

1. MJMGator - 20 points
2. LagoonGator68 - 18 points
3. GatorJay26 - 12 points
4. kepler - 10 points
4. ufgator812 - 10 points
6. Gators1138 - 8 points
6. ATXGator - 8 points
8. krisl648 - 6 points
8. ufgator2002 - 6 points
10. Delg8tor - 5 points

It's possible to nail a 10 point week. So those of you who lost, or haven't played yet, can easily get thrown right back into the mix for the end-of-the-year prizes for the Top 5 in just one week.

Good luck!

FNC reporting that a glove has been found inside the Guthrie home. How can it be found 10+ days after the event? Has incompetence impacted every aspect of local/state/fed govt?
If they search my house, they will find lots of pairs of gloves (and some toddler mittens too). So, the first question is whether the glove in question is connected to the kidnapper. Then, the next question is when was it found and has it been forensically examined. They may have found it right away on day one and just didn't announce it. Evidence is often (almost always) withheld from the public unless it helps the investigation. If it was just discovered, then why the delay? Why wasn't it found sooner? Was it really well concealed? OJ jokes aside, leaving a glove behind is really dumb.

Excellent find. The fact that this song was originally performed by Temple of the Dog is clearly an homage to both the weird Epstein rituals and the inevitable shift from fiat currency to Dogecoin. Can’t believe they got Chris too.

in fairness, if this Savannah is anything like my wife, the glove was probably in the toaster oven.
