UL always plays them tough, that's a rivalry in the making. 2 seasons ago in lville they jumped out to 21 point lead and were up huge at the half. Then halfassu came back on them and won a close one at the end. Fsu did it again 2 weeks ago; petrino will have them ready and prepared to whether the 2nd half. Should be a good game.

That article is from 2014. If you add last year's record vs ranked teams - 0-3 then Mr Petrino is 6-16 vs ranked teams since 2007.

He scored 24, 17 and 21 respectively against those ranked teams last year. Petrino runs it up on the nobodies but when push comes to shove against a real defense? Cue the wah-wah-wah music from The Price Is Right. Fizzle.

Ill bet you my $455 over-the-internet dollars UL wins?

Cuse also ran nearly 100 plays while FSU averages 70, UL wins by 10 or more. Just look at what Ole Miss did to them when running the up-tempo offense that UL runs
And look what happened to Ole Miss in the second half. You can't throw a million passes without even a thought of running it against FSU. They WILL wear your defense out and kill you late in the game, just as they've done for the last few years. Leave your defense on the field for 35+ minutes and Cook will be picking you out of his cleats the rest of the week.

I'm no mathematician but I don't understand how nearly everyone has a losing record. All the wins were forfeited?
"Only six coaches have a winning record against ranked teams since 2007: Saban, Jimbo Fisher, Les Miles, Mark Helfrich, Steve Spurrier, and David Shaw."

I think there's a lot of turnover. TWENTY-NINE new coaches in 2016. That's a lot of turnover. Lots of losers.

Here's the original WSJ article:

http://www.wsj.com/news/interactive/COUNT0820?ref=SB10001424052970204616804580100153599965336

That one makes more sense. Still lots of losers though.

Big Game Bob is pretty impressive there against the top 25.

Ou is gonna get curb stomped. Idk if Louisville has the horses to hang with fsu. I don't see Louisville being able sustain long drives and really earn it. Against Syracuse it seemed like they were takimg every play to the house.

Don't forget Der(p)win James is out and he's their best DB. Lville will drop 40+ IMO, now they need their defense to not completely suck (big ask)

Out for 5-7 games was the last report I saw. James is a stud, I wish we had him.

Thats the issue, Ole Miss has ZERO run game. Chad Kelly is as mobile as Brantley. Jackson and Radcliff will chew FSU's D apart, book it!

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/oklahoma-backup-qb-ohio-state-defense-is-basic-181342176.html

Oklahoma quarterback Austin Kendall isn’t impressed with the complexity he’s seen on tape from Ohio State’s defense so far in 2016.

Kendall, the backup to Heisman contender Baker Mayfield, said Wednesday night on a Fox Sports show that Ohio State had a “basic” defense. Ohio State travels to Oklahoma in Week :

“I think they have a really basic defense,” he said. “I think we can go out there and, I mean, Baker, he’ll light them up. I’m really looking forward to it. If my number’s called, I think I can do the same.”

Backup QB talking smack, that's a new one.

Losing Derwin James could be catastrophic for the FSU defense. That just opens up the entire middle of the field for Jackson.
