I heard about 4 teams were interested in Incognito and he was in Tampa talking to them

They were just talking to Incognito. They aren't going to sign him.
This trade brings the guard mentioned to the bucs, which improves the position, despite his age, and sends Tim Wright and a 4th round pick to New England.
Probably a decent/good trade for both teams really. It helps the Bucs in the short term, and also gives NE a semi-decent back up, should Gronkowski not be ready to go, and as always, NE loves draft picks.
