Ferentz is way better. Iowa usually is on the losing end of the big games against the michigans and ohio states but they are usually really close/competitive games. Ferentz consistently gets them bowl eligible, consistently cranks out NFL talent, especially at offensive line, tight end and linebacker. The kids are well coached, disciplined, fundamentally sound, and play tough hardnose football year in and year out. Other than losing big games, im not sure there's much else in common with us.

all of them underpaid

hard to put a real number to be compensated for having to deal with fanatics screaming for their head every week, that's right, fanatics, that extremely emotionally unstable group that gives a bad name to those that want to cheer peacefully, not caring if the team wins or lose, just out to have a nice time..

Pay me 10 million a year and I will show exactly how to do it.

You guys are nuts. Ferentz is Napier’s ideal image as a coach. AND, he has one of the only FBS offenses worse than ours. Could you imagine worse results and Napier employing his son or brother as the OC to get those results? And they had to hire the son in such a convoluted way to avoid anti-nepotism laws.

Ferentz was once an overachiever. Now he is robbing the state for his son’s benefit.

well he consistently has them bowl eligeable and they play tough against the upper crust big10 teams each year. napier doesnt even play tough against the cupcakes. No one here is saying they want ferentz, but a comment was made that ferentz is like what we have and i simply said ferentz is loads better than what tater has been thus far.

Ferentz-level is the best we can hope for in Napier.
