I don't see an option to create quotes while creating a new post. Typically there is a "" button on the toolbar with fonts, pics, etc, but I don't see any quote here. I did see a "Insert quotes" button at the bottom but click on it and it quotes something else.

Just hitting reply on the bottom right of someones post will quote it...

If you're quoting something off-forum I've always just used [ quote][/ quote] tags.

L-boy, as you look at the tool bar with the font, pics, etc, there is one to the right of the video button. It looks like a plus sign with a square around it. There are 4 more functions under that button, one of which is the quote you are looking for.
