I do like that we're running a lot of rubs. it's making it easier on these receivers that aren't good enough to get open themselves in man coverage. We damn sure are going to miss Pitts though.

I cringe too, but yes, he has his moments. My big concern is DM calling runs between the tackles when Davis is in the backfield. He's got a beast, Pierce available to play ground n pound, but he puts Davis in? I don't get it. Davis doesn't even look like he ever visits the weight room. Wright is in year 2 and is way thicker than Davis, with a similar skill set. Baffling.

Running back is deep this year. So I would think, no.

I think we may see Wright flip to Tony’s position. Bowman, Lingard, and Davis will probably be the main backs.
