Rise and Fall - SEC

I was thinking about the Gators restoration as the dominant team in the SEC East and it led me to consider this question.

How would you rate the teams in the SEC? Who is rising? Who is falling? ...and what's the velocity of their elevation change.
(I'm being intentionally vague about where the teams are rising and falling from.)

Here are my thoughts: rating 1-10, -5 to 5 for velocity

Georgia 7 +2
Missouri 6 steady
Kentucky 5 +4
Florida 5 -1
South Carolina 4 -5
Tennessee 3 steady
Vanderbilt 1 -5

SEC West
Mississippi State 9 +5
Ole Miss 8 +4
Alabama 8 -1
Auburn 8 -1
LSU 6 -3
Texas A&M 5 -3
Arkansas 4 +1

UGA for sure. The restored UGA dominance in the series speaks to that. All UGA has to worry about is SC, and they are on the downturn. This is UGA's division until UF gets its head out of its rear

Well, we went 0-2 vs. the West....and probably would have had a better chance vs. Arkansas. But I agree, they'd run all over us!
