No Spurrier this year, sadly.
UF is up on Day 1.

It’s almost here. Can you feel it? No, not football season. I’m talking about the spectacle that is SEC Media Days.
The four-day event from the Hyatt Regency Birmingham - Wynfrey Hotel in Hoover is next week, and the SEC has released the speaking schedule and player attendees.
Unfortunately, we don’t get the annual Steve Spurrier presser anymore, but Les Miles is still here, and there’s no shortage of storylines that will certainly get beat into the ground. Satellite camps? Jim Harbaugh? A college football commissioner? Other issues you’re tired of hearing? Get ready for a lot of questions about those topics, along with some legitimate issues. It was a few years ago that Spurrier was pushing for athletes to get a bigger stipend.
And don't forget the media has correctly picked the SEC champ a rock-solid five times in 24 years.
ESPN and the SEC Network will have coverage on TV, as well as WatchESPN.com. (See other conference media dates here)
Here’s the speaking schedule. Coaches will have press conferences and also participate in other interviews (Times in ET):
