This is the only suggestion dumber than Gruden, imo. The man has accomplished nothing as a head coach anywhere short of increasing the number of people that hate him. His numbers as an OC at a school that has exceptional talent only means he makes a good OC at a school with exceptional talent.

Knee jerk reaction is no. But the more I consider it, the more I like it. He's a great recruiter and as Saban said, learned a lot of valuable lessons in his brief period as a Head Coach. USC didn't go great but they were saddled with some serious scholarship restrictions.
