So isn't there also a transfer O-tackle from Texas that will be eligible next season?

If Trey Dean and Emory Jones both sign tomorrow (which looks extremely likely) then we will have the 13th ranked class in 247. Of course that's not factoring in anything that happens with any other schools but would feel much better.

Also not factoring in Van Jefferson since he's considered a transfer and not a recruit.
Not counting Jefferson, a RS sophomore while counting juco recruits sometimes with the same two years of eligibility is ridiculous.

I like the Noah Banks commit. He’s a physical, dirty lineman. He may need to play guard at UF as his feet are a bit slow.

More on Banks:

https://www.seccountry.com/florida/noah-banks-florida-recruiting-early-signing-period

3-star JUCO offensive lineman Noah Banks
  • 247Sports composite ranking: No. 6 JUCO offensive tackle nationally, No. 28 overall JUCO prospect and No. 2 JUCO recruit from state of Florida
  • Hometown: Pensacola, Fla.
  • School: Iowa Western Community College
  • Height: 6-foot-7
  • Weight: 305 pounds
  • Offers: 10, including Arkansas, Nebraska and Texas
  • Commitment: Dec. 19, 2017, after de-committing from Arkansas
  • Early enrollee: Yes
  • Where he fits at Florida: It remains to be seen whether Gators starting left tackle Martez Ivey will return or head to the NFL, and there has been no timeline provided for when starting left guard Brett Heggie will be able to return from a significant knee injury. So it’s very possible Florida will be starting 2018 down two starting linemen (and two of their best linemen, for that matter). The Gators brought in two OL in their 2017 recruiting class, but Kadeem Telfort’s future with the program is in doubt after his involvement in the credit card fraud matter. And Florida’s reserves did not do much to push the starters last fall, even when the first unit struggled. So it would seem competition will be wide open as the new staff evaluates what it has up front. Banks’ experience could give him an advantage in trying to earn a spot.

If there was any doubt, Chris Nee of 247SOW also put his CB in for the Gators with Jones. All of the SOW insiders think it’s florida too.

How do Juco's do once they get up here? Mixed? I'm trying to remember past Juco's. Anyone? And it's just a question, not negative.

More on Banks (from SDS...who has him listed a little bigger):

https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/florida-football/florida-flips-juco-american-ol-commit-arkansas/

He’s listed at 6-foot-8, 315 pounds. When he committed to Arkansas, Banks had offers from Missouri, Iowa State and Middle Tennessee. He had 10 offers overall, including one from Auburn.

Banks is a 3-star prospect according to the 247 Sports Composite. He’s the third offensive tackle recruit in the current Florida class.

Banks reportedly committed to Troy out of high school, but ended up at Murray State, where he started nine of 10 games as a redshirt freshman before transferring to Iowa Western.
