I'm looking forward to a great year where our young talent gets a chance to shine.
Franks is going to OWN and DESTROY the competition this season.
It's gonna be great, believe me.
Will we get tired of winning?

Well you're in luck since LDR will not see the fieldI know I'm tired of NOT winning.
The athletic department turns a large profit every year. The reason that we have debt is the same reason that virtually every major company has debt. When you can get a better return on investment than your cost of debt, you borrow money.
But the real issue is the prioritization of the spending. We spend way more than our peers on non revenue sports and we are kicking our peers' tails in those sports. We spend way less than our peers on football and we are getting our tails kicked.
We could get away with overspending on the non revenue sports a decade ago because we had so much more money than everyone else. The landscape has changed and even schools like Vanderbilt are collecting $40 million a year in revenue sharing from the league based on TV contracts. We have to change too if we want to compete.
Comment on Clayton:
With the “next men up” fighting for minutes in the rotation, Bryan and Jefferson have seen several of Florida's underclassmen make massive leaps in their development. One of them is former five-star freshman Antonneous Clayton, who has added considerable mass to his frame and appears poised for a breakout sophomore campaign.
“Oh, boy. He's put on some weight,” Jefferson said of Clayton. “I've seen that guy from the time he got here, he's just been dedicated to putting on weight. That's something that he wanted to do. You can definitely see a change for the better for him. Of course he's going to turn heads this year.”

I think we'll be very lucky to make a bowl this year. I can't think any recent years I've felt this bad about us. That might actually be good thing with my track record lately.I'm looking forward to a great year where our young talent gets a chance to shine.

We're thin at defensive tackle, we don't have any corners, very young and thin at linebacker. We're chasing awful grad transfers at qb and our OC had put up 3 years in a row of 100+ ranked offenses. Our schedule is brutal. I really don't think its a stretch for us to lose 7 games. Outside of our cupcakes, who do you really feel good about us beating?Lucky to make a bowl? So you mean to say you think we'll have an overall losing record?
Get outta here man
I actually view our schedule as favorable, especially when you consider that our toughest games are pretty much at home. We're thin at defensive tackle, we don't have any corners, very young and thin at linebacker. I don't believe you. After the "offensive" (pun intended) display of football the last 7 years, I won't believe anything until I see it on the field.
Hope like hell you're right.
I wouldn't bet against us and truly don't wanna be right.I actually view our schedule as favorable, especially when you consider that our toughest games are pretty much at home.
I'm looking at 3 losses being reasonable, but it depends on how the QB shakes out.
I'm absolutely, without a doubt, confident we won't lose 7 games....and I'll take that bet right now...hell I'd take that bet in real money too
Seems to be a common theme. Everyone predicting doom and gloom won't betI wouldn't bet against us and truly don't wanna be right.
No sir, i sure won't. Why would any fan bet against his team like that? But I get it,man. Go ahead and take a jab at me because i don't think we'll win 9 games.Seems to be a common theme. Everyone predicting doom and gloom won't bet
Ok, here ya go. You seem so eager to get beyotchslapped. If LDR isnt hurt (dressed is good enough no matter if he is questionable or 50 % or whatever) and he starts, you wear I am Donk's beyotch for a month. If someone else starts (and LDR is dressed) I wear "I am URG's beyotch" for a month.Seems to be a common theme. Everyone predicting doom and gloom won't bet
