Some might not like this but so what.
How about we break tradition and try something different to address our issues.
We have had a lot of injury issues and player lack of leadership issues as well.
To address the injury issues how about we improve our strength and conditioning, use some of Chip's improvement processes, work with others on reducing injuries as well.

Work with the CFL, NFL, and anybody else to improve safety.
Use the academic side to become cutting edge on reducing and preventing all types of injuries.
Now comes the really out of box concept. I have joked that I could be our HBC, it was a joke.
How about instead of building our coaching staff from the top we start in the middle. Assembly a great set of assistants, we were rumored to be vetting many of them and they could be Gators. This eliminates some of the issues we have seen where the head coach hires his friends and declines to replace them somewhat because they are his friends.
As part of this we implement Saban's concept of having a lot of bench players, testing to find out how each player learns best, and any other best practices that exist.
We might also split up the traditional HBC duties, like making commercials for our sponsors (maybe SOS takes this over), meeting with booster clubs (could be virtual to a certain extent and delegated to key assistants), be creative.
Then we get a head coach that can be the CEO of our team, he would need to not be like Mac and actually work with the AD staff and be open to improvements in all aspects.
We already have a plan to improve facilities, perhaps they need to be accelerated. We also need to improve our coordination with say Nike and make some new ones.
Comment as you desire, but keep your dislikes to yourself, I am happy to hear how this won't work, but not just your opinion that it won't.
