Both just recently added stars. Perine is now a 4*, while Thompson got bumped to a 5*

I have a feeling Thompson is going to be a beast for us. Can't wait to see him in the spring.

Thompson is a JC transfer and should be huge for us, especially if the OL improves. Perine has been a monster and it took way too long for him to get his 4th star. Bama is really pushing hard for him, but I get the feeling he is all Gator.

I don't know how long Thompson stays as a JC guy, but we will take what we can get.

All right, these are crappy scout rankings. However they are both really, really good running backs. They will both compete for the starting position with Cronkrite and Scarlett next year.

It's going to be a wild ride to hold on to Perine. Bama was late on offering a scholarship but they are doggedly pursuing him right now.
