It's greatly in the hands of the officials. They have had ample time to review and make a decision. By not announcing the penalty, they have essentially created another layer of drama. Unbelievable!

It was pretty easy to predict Lowry and Landry were going to fade under the pressure, but DJ had some serious pressure as well with that penalty looming over him for much of the day. Glad he toughed it out while watching the competition falter.
