Umpire knocked woozy, continues calling pitches

I happened to tune in to STL vs Yankees game and see the home plate umpire take a nasty foul tip off his noggin, the catcher hugged / grabbed him to stop him from falling out. After a couple minutes to recover, he said 'Play Ball.' This is funny because its an umpire who literally couldn't see straight, calling balls and strikes. Its also cool because the umpire is from Daytona and is a genuine bad azz. The best part of it all is that the Yankees have lost 5 in a row after getting swept by STL.
