To be fair, he was beaten out by Nav. That has to be embarrassing. Dude is at least occasionally NOT stoned.

He lives in the same trailer park as Ox's parents. I think they are even friends. (If I recall correctly, he offered to help them remove some car from their front yard that was up on blocks). I doubt he'd let something like a modship get in the way of his friendship.
