Didn't watch 1 second of the world cup
How about for the fact that it’s a freaking snooze fest? If I’m forced to watch a game with that style of play, I’d rather watch hockey.
Baseball can also be a snooze fest but at least it’s an American snooze fest.
I agree about watching hockey over soccer. I’m not a big hockey fan either, but at least with hockey they actually attempt more than a couple shots on goal.
Both are true. Soccer is a snooze fest. Baseball is (usually) a snooze fest. I consider them to both be like jazz music. It's great in the background, but don't make me be quiet and pay attention only to that. Oh, and all three have people who try to convince you that each is more captivating than it is. They aren't captivating. They aren't appreciated only by more sophisticated and knowledgeable people. They're 'meh' and are enjoyed by their fans despite being less interesting than their alternatives.
Well, that’s your first problem right there. Stop watching SC.Every time we make it SC talks way to much about it
Maybe your right but I have to watch something at night before bed.Well, that’s your first problem right there. Stop watching SC.
Porn.Maybe your right but I have to watch something at night before bed.
The problem is it's so boring I have no desire to learn what each person is supposed to do. When I 1st watched football as a child it was exciting and caught my attention. When I watch soccer it's just a bunch of grown men running around kicking a ball and faking injuries. There is hardly ever scoring and when the ball does get near a goal there is like 12 people around it and it looks like a cluster. It might would be more interesting if there were less people on the field but I doubt it. It's just boringSoccer is an amazing sport, if not the most amazing. Anybody that thinks it is just a boring sport or easy has never played and/or just doesn’t understand it tactically. It is quite strategic and nuanced. It also takes more stamina than any other sport aside from rugby probably. Very satisfying to watch unfold when you understand the responsibility of each position, much like Football is. I probably love soccer and football equally, but how could anyone think soccer is a slower game? The average CFB game is riddled with commercials, unnecessarily lengthy reviews, and other annoyances. The clock doesn’t even stop in soccer until halftime. Games are usually done in half the time it would take to play a football game.
