Out for at least a year, starting today, which means he misses rest of this season and first six games next year. Pending the appeals process.

This is horridly stupid. Did he know he was taking an illegal med ? Was he told it would not show on tests ?
How do these kids trust any "under the counter" dealers ? Don't the players see these tests as infallible as they are ?

The players know the list, the players are told the list before they even step on campus. The list is available to them at any point. They can also have anything they want to take tested, to make sure it is legal. This is all on the player, unless there was a colossal breakdown in the athletics tested /compliance department.

What is Ligandrol?
-A highly effective SARM (Selective androgen receptor modulator) for BOTH goals bulking / cutting.

-Focus on multi-joint movements like Bench Pressing from various angles, squatting/lunging DEEP, bent over rows/chins from every angle, overhead presses, upright rows, dips, dammit this seems like a “duh†moment, but how many people revert to isolation movements, and machines nowa days? Everyone! Thick muscle comes from utilizing overload principles with the heavy basic compound movements. Greater energy expenditure, more deep muscle recruitment, greater CNS/Hormonal post exercise effect, don’t waste another cycle!
