I think we all expected 50+, but the world doesn't stop turning because it didn't happen. It's not time to mail in the season, either. Who doesn't want to win every game by 40 points? I'd love for that to happen, but is it realistic? Nope. Am I going to incessantly bytch about it not happening? Nope.

I'm ready to forget Saturday happened. If we can get rid of the mental miscues I think the game looks completely different than it did.

T Rex, I am not 100% sold on Nuss either but how do you account for him having 2 different QBs on two different programs where he was the OC throwing for 3,000 yards and around 30+ TDs?

When in the history of doug nussmeier has he ever thrown damn near 60 times in a game? That was mclewain. I dont have a problem with the staff trying to get the passing game going. I'm discouraged because we couldn't get it going.

I understand that but they probably didnt throw it 50 times a game to get their. What I want to know is why is mac immune to criticism of the offense when muschamp wasnt with his defense? Nobody seems to wanna answer that question.

What makes you think that is a guarantee Mac and Nuss both dropped 49 plus points on many opponents in their stints as an OC and Mac did it as a head coach also.

I think his results were a direct result of having 5 stars everywhere. Or people have figured out his offense. Or both. He hasn't had a prolonged decent offense in a long time.

That's false. I was extremely complimentary of the Mac and staff up until the fake FG vs LSU. You have the ability to search my posts and see for yourself. I also said do not fire him. He gets 3 years.

Mac had a great start but has really faltered and I am disappointed with his recruiting. The last two games the team did not look prepared. That's on him.
