If true, it's beyond ridiculous. It's legal in more than half the states in the country now, INCLUDING FLORIDA!!!

Last I read, UF is still in on 5 DTs.

Wyatt - Everyone would be stunned if he flips. This looks like an announcement just to get attention. Stays with the ugly butt-lickers.

He has 3 chrystal balls and all of them say SoCar and all of them were over the weekend. So I would not be stunned if he flipped. I wonder if he is being pushed out and UF does not have room for him either?

The school is refusing to allow the coaching staff to take him per rivals. Mac has tried all day and they are refusing so now we are trying to find him another school. Unbelievable.

Pathetic if true.

See if a different environment and some discipline can straighten him out. If not, he's on a short leash and you cut him loose if he can't keep it together. Other schools take guys knowing they've beaten women or been accused of sexual assault, yet a little weed and we clutch pearls. Just incredible.

On Robinson, I hope UF takes him. But you go on a job interview with someone in your small industry and get cited for drunk and disorderly and see what that does for your job prospects at other institutions in the industry. Recruiting trips are job interviews and sadly as I would have at their age too many recruits do not realize that.

Yeah cool....it's Pot...not coke or meth or something like that....

No reason for UF to pass on him considering how many players in a given year get busted for pot? Hell we had a QB roiding up but lets worry about pot....great job UF...great job.

Hate to miss on him but when it comes down to it, the kid screwed up. So, we get to pay for it.

I agree. I agree many of these same admins might use pot at home. But if they get caught, they likely lose their admin job at UF. The likely make UF pass on him too if he was caught in Ohio with a handgun even if that is legal in Florida too.

Yeah, he messed up really bad going on a visit to OSU. I agree 100%!

In a car with 3-4 OSU players. All smoking the weed obviously by the tweet he deleted after posting ("OSU players do a lot of drugs"), but for some reason only this kid, the one that ISN'T a student athlete YET at OSU is the one that gets cited for possession, while all the others go free. Yeah, sounds like he messed up bad going to OSU because when it came down to the bottom line, he was the odd man out and was hung out to dry.

His big mistake was trusting his hosts for the visit.

That's unbelievable!!! Good thing none of our current players smoke pot..... or they'd all have to find a new school too...

I agree that to make pot a deal-breaker is weird. What slaps me aside the head is that on these visits recruits should exhibit smarts enough to hold to the mindset "put your best foot forward". One not thinking that out may show other guidance thinking fails?

I just posted in another thread, but Ohio State just flipped a WR committed to Missouri - a 6'5 kid that was ranked the 172nd best WR in the class (WTF?). You KNOW they would have taken Robinson had he not gotten busted w the weed.

OSU ran away from him after his run in with the law.
