Your ignorance of his decisions since he left Florida doesn't change the fact that he literally got the old (horribly bad) band back together when he went to SC. Look up the individuals on his coaching staff, its primarily the old failed Florida team. And he's obviously still trying to pull in the last few pieces missing from the group (hughes).
As far as the 3 individuals you mentioned, quinn was one of the best coaches we've ever had, trob and durkin are whatevs. Other than being good recruiters they are basically forgettable. So in 4 years, he made one really great, standout hire that we can point to. How many total people were on his staff each year? Percentages say he was a colossal failure at staffing. And by your own admission you really don't know anything about what he's been doing for a few years, but you definitely use him as benchmark to say that because he wants someone, that person must be good. A bit counter intuitive I must say.
Finally, you imply that I ignore quinn because he doesn't fit the narrative, but I dont. Im looking at it from a simple numbers perspective and its really bad historically for that moron (chump, not quinn). Ironically, you want to dismiss the 3 colossal failures I threw out because "offense" like that makes one bit of difference.
I'll say again, using chump as a justification for basically anything other than firing someone is about as pumper as you can get. It's unbelievable we are even having this conversation. Fire away with your last remarks, I've grown tired of this ridiculous and unnecessary argument.
