Remember someone saying everyone but 2 players would be back by the UGA game  However i didn't believe Callaway would be back. I thought that kid was gone!

If they are formally allowed to play against UGA after all this, it is futher proof their needs to a house cleaning not just in the football complex but the entire upper management.

I'm not seeing us in Atlanta this year. Even if we somehow beat a very good UGA team, they would have to lose another SEC game and we would have to win the rest of ours. I don't see it happening.

Alex.

Neither do I but the original post had LSU beating Bama and being in the game. I hope to be competitive with GA, win the rest of the games and get a decent bowl game. That is the best I can hope for.

I look forward to GA getting themselves beaten up by Bama.

They should have been expelled right after the arrests. Every last one of them. We need to clean up and fumigate.

They won't play. As far as the court is concerned nothing has changed other than that the prosecution has agreed to put the trial on pause while they are in the diversion program. If they successfully complete it, but which can include classes, drug tests, meetings with their probation officer, then the prosecutor will agree to drop the case. The arrest will remain part of their record. The whole process can take more than a year. They agreed to do diversion, but it could be months before they are actually put in the program formally. The program can vary between 6 months to 1 year. When they finish there is still the process of getting the DA to certify it and tbe court to finalize it. Until then it is still an open case in court.

Allowing even one of these guys back to the team following their criminal and, not to forget, selfish behavior would just be more national ridicule and embarrassment for UF. Watching McElwain's half-time interviews and pressers is enough embarrassment for this Gator.

I think Scarlett is done also with Davis emerging like he has. He will probably just get ready for the draft where he might have to go the free agent route now.
He would be immediately eligible at another school next year. Going the FA route doesnt make any sense.

That is my guess on what happens with Scarlett but you never know I guess. Go play for Kiffin?

why do you think he is immediately eligible? he has to sit out a year AFTER THE TRANSFER. Unless you are talking 1AA.

None of them are in football shape now and as indicated their status has not yet changed. They might be ready for say FSU or for the bowl game. Same with that WR who was cleared medically recently.

I don't think they'll play this week but it wouldn't surprise me if they we're back next week. Btw...you do know if they we're at Bama they would of never been suspended to begin with right? I myself wish they we're all playing this weekend because we'd have a shot to win!

To avoid a slow development of anarchy in our program and show leadership integrity, you dismiss them all.

Innocent until after pleas. Then the student council and the Prez can take over.
They stole, purchased products with the stolen money, then sold the stolen goods.
They need to fire Mac for this too.
