Of course the Nebraska job is Frost's, but you better believe Frost and his agent would listen intently to an offer from FSU. A lot can happen in a week and while I hate FSU with every bone in my body, they are poised for a quick turnaround next year. That fruity QB will be back from injury with an incoming top 10 recruiting class.

Frost holds all the cards and while it might be tempting for him return home, Nebraska is a dead end job and would essentially be a career killer. He would be smart to continue to listen and consider other offers.

It says Florida state has invested in staff and and facilities in a way that we refuse to do, despite us having twice the income. Florida State models their program after Saban and have the many dozens of people reviewing film and prepping every single aspect. And we piss and moan about having to provide offices for GA's.

Do you remember the last time Florida State squeezed their budget and forced their coaches to hire assistants (who don't even coach the correct position) from FIU or FAU? Me neither.

I saw an article that said FSU gave Jimbo the 6th highest assistant coach budget in the country. And we got Nuss and Nord. What a crap show it is here right now. Stricklin may have bungled the hire, let's see if he fixes the other stuff at least.

Rick Ballou, an fsu alum, said on the radio today that he has two sources that say it is 50/50 as to whether he leaves. The reasons he gave:

1. Fisher has always been about money. He doesn’t think he can get any more from fsu.

2. He wants a football only facility and doesn’t think he’ll get it. He has that at aTm.
