Why didn’t Jacksonville call a timeout with 3:20 left (pats at 15)? Could have saved 30 seconds plus.

Jax falling into the same trap every other team does when they have the lead against a great offense - play prevent defense to keep everything in front of you and try to run the clock out. Told my wife NE is going to win at the start of the 4th, we’ll see what happens.

This is why zook, chump and mac didn’t last at UF.

Geesh. I think Romo is gonna run to give Brady a blow job after the game. Never heard an announcer slobber over someone so much for an entire game.

It always seems the collective testicular package ascends upwards into the stomach cavity by the opposing coach when facing Belichek and Brady.

And i think I just saw Belichek smile.
Sucks for Jax but the NFL is ecstatic

As frustrating as that was at the end, it shouldn’t take away from the great season Jax had or game that they played. Coaches failed the team at the end - you just can’t drop into prevent against Tom Brady. It doesn’t work.

Against Tom Brady, you need to play the forth quarter like it is the first quarter, no matter what the score is

we were CRUSHING them on the edges. Why would we keep doing that? Let’s try pounding it up the middle over and over and over and over and over.

Unbelievable.

Bortles was fine. The players were stellar. The coaching was great, until it got tight.

Jags went all-UGA in the second half, both sides of the ball.

Never has a cat looked more like a dwag than this moment.

Those 2 defensive penalties in the third to give NE a touchdown were the breaking point, coming off the two end of the half offensive penalties to keep the jags out of the endzone. Huge swing right there.

Completely agree that you have to play pressure ahainst Brady the whole game. I thought with the Jags defensive speec that they would pull it out.

Bortles played well, we got way to conservative with the O play calling in the second half.

Playing not to lose will kill you every time. When will coaches learn? #stillsalty
