Consider him fired. No way he survives this. Remember that Title IX can admit all evidence in its case. Both failed to report the incidents and clearly he knew about 09 and 15. Administration will have no choice but to cut him loose or face the blowback. Wouldn’t be surprised to see recruits jump ship in the next few days.

It is now since the state of Florida raised the age to own a rifle to 21, the 2nd amendment be damned.

It raised the age to 21 to purchase not to own or possess.

Toney’s 29 so it’s a moot point.

I see a massive problem when one of our football players thinks they need weapons to protect themselves. UF needs to investigate and take action on anybody threatening students.

I hope he knows how to shoot. I'd love to take him to the range

Sounds like a responsible gun owner to me.

This though is pretty concerning;

Toney told police he needed the weapon for protection from locals in Gainesville because "they be coming after us."

I see a problem with the media feeling the need to write a story about a college kid obeying the law. He did nothing wrong. And the police better do their job and protect those boys.

You folks underestimate the brutality of the Gamblin Car Renters Gang. They are not to be trifled with. I heard the initiation was smoking a blunt in a rental and charging the last renter for the cleaning. Dem boys ain’t playin. :thug2:

When I have a loaded AR pattern rifle in my car it is not there for self-defense. I'm headed to the range.
