Did we ever find out what precipitated the players’ mass tweets yesterday? Player meeting called? Just speculation en masse? Something happened there that caused the tweets.
Assuming they signed the deal, they couldn’t just come back to town and say they signed it before a press conference. In other words, if the deal was signed, they would have done nothing different than what they did last night.

If this is true, we are much better off if they leave. Anyone who feels a stronger connection to the coach, over the school, will be a locker room problem for the new coach. Management 101- eliminate any negative influence in your people pool.
