To have any chance to pull this miracle off he better be hitting pretty damn good at the end of this team's season.
If you mean making a major league team then I agree.
What I think is that Tim will have a very unique and enjoyable experience. He will make money for the Mets organization and hopefully for his charities. He will get exposure that will have a positive effect on the world. His being on the team will have a positive impact on other players, coaches, fans, etc.
Those things are way more important than making the big leagues in my opinion.
