I really hate that we've fallen to the "really can't be worse than Muschamp", "really can't be worse than Westbrook", "really can't be worse than Driskel", or "really can't be worse than Mary Moore " standard around here.

As it relates to the topic of "home run hire" I would be interested to hear a logical, reasonable explanation as to why a successful NFL coach would leave a potential playoff team to coach the University of Florida. (Not saying "leave" as in Petrino-right-now leave but at the end of the NFL season).

Yesterday, I hated the prospect of this hire based on my "gut". But the more and more I research him and his resume, along with the way players talk about him, I think this is a great hire. I'm glad we escaped the "Freeze warning".
