There's just something missing in that guy's head. I'd be surprised if he didn't spend a decent portion of his adult life behind bars. He just can't keep his disgusting hands to himself. The Bucs deserve all the pain they can get for drafting him.

Is the right word “sociopathic”? He isn’t self-constrained by boundaries others (people, Publix, etc.) There are these sexual incidents but also crab legs, BB guns, etc. It could be just a combination of entitlement, narcissism, alcohol and/or other things but usually people who can get the memo and who are surrounded by people continuously showing them the memo will get the memo. He doesn’t and I wonder if, psychologically, he can’t. Thats not excusing it, but if you can’t observe boundaries even our increasingly indulgent society eventually observed them for you.

Regardless, his behavior is precisely the risk loudly asserted leading into the draft.

He's just not the kind of guy you take first overall to be the face of your franchise. The Bucs knew every inch of his history and took him anyway.

He is exactly the “hero” that clowntown deserves. Listening to those fans continue to worship/support/defend him is both hilarious and tragic.

I could make this political, and it would be so easy to, but I'm just going to leave this about Jameis.

You just did make it political... the insinuation is enough to have made it political. Way I see is... funny thing is, it could have been said about the last president too. The way people defended him and the media slanted everything favorably to him was absolutely hilarious and sad at the same time. And in case you’re, wondering... I’m an independent. Yes I’m conservative.... but I’m not happy with our current, nor past president. But yeah, thanks for the veiled political post disguised as “non-political”....

About 2 years ago, I was able to hear the plaintiffs attorney who sued FSU and Winston for the rape and cover up give a presentation.

During a deposition, Winston admitted that he and his roommates liked to bang girls in front of each other because (actual quote), "it's like porn, but in real life".

The details he gave about the FSU cover up was pretty interesting too. Who knows what else that $hit-hole cesspool covered up!?

It has been hard work being a Bucs fan. They were hot garbage for the 80's and early 90s. They did win a super bowl, but it took firing classy Tony Dungy to do it with overrated Gruden who had us mired in mediocrity during his tenure.

Now the Bucs have returned to their 1980s losing form. The final kick in the nuts was drafting the most despised player of all time.

Hugh Culveyhouse was the worst owner ever, and the Glazers are more concerned w/ Man U. They should have known 1/2 their fans would hate Rapeis playing for them, but did it anyway.

I just made myself angry! Where's my Woodford.

09/03/96. Hillsborough County voters, in what many argued was the sweetheart deal of the century, approved a 0.5-cent sales tax over the next 30 years to fund, among other things, $192m toward a new Bucs stadium. Zero Bucs money. The Bucs signed a lease in which local government agreed to pay nearly all stadium expenses, the Bucs pocketing the proceeds.

Through 2009, the team sold out every home date at RayJay. It amounts to an upset now if the team sells out a home game. The product flat out sucks.

The locals were leery of the Glazers when the team went up for sale upon Culverhouse's death. They were seen as carpetbaggers, in it for the money, more likely to move the team. The hope was that the Outback group led by Bob Basham and Chris Sullivan would put together a local corsortium to make the club rooted more permanently. It didn't happen.

You saw where the Glazers' hearts were when they financed $1B, an ungodly sum at the time, to buy Manu. A few seasons later, GM Rich McKay, who assembled the late '90s roster that would later yield a SB title, was gone. Gruden was soon to follow. The team held a fire sale and tried to sell the fans on it as a tactical move young.

How many losing seasons, how many coaches, how many quarterbacks later, it's still aspiring young.

You get the feeling watching the deteriorating mess at 1 Buccaneer Place that it's an implosion waiting to happen. That's probably the best the fans can hope for.
