Regardless of what they say, there's obviously animosity between LeBron and wade. Wade was pouty and played poorly in the finals. He's seriously considering leaving MiamiGatornation561;n8178 said:Lebron isn't leaving south beach unless wade and bosh both opt in to the remainder of their contracts. Lebron is opting out in order to get wade and Bosh to Opt out, and then get them to take less money or ship Bosh out and rebuild. Wade isn't leaving Miami.. it just isn't happening but he does need to take less money and opt out in order for another rebuild to begin. If anybody leaves it will be Bosh. Whether he opts in or out the heat will either restructure his contract or ship him off to free up cap space. Wade is a hometown hero in Miami.

Battier is leaving and becoming a college announcer - he'll be great at that. I believe Udonis is at risk, as well as Chalmers. The Denver Nuggets have basically paying Anderson's salary and if that sweet deal is over then he might be leaving too.Swamp Queen said:I thought Battier was done after the season. Wade has also made it rather clear that he will not play in Miami if Udonis isn't there. Honestly, getting rid of Wade may be the best thing for the future. Will it cause an uproar? Sure. But, business is business. Encourage Ray Allan and Shane Battier to move on towards that retirement village as well. That would probably still require Bosh to opt out and restructure, but it would give them some headroom.
You have to opt out of your current contract in order to re negotiate your current one. So all three of them either has to take their current deal or opt out for another one. Even if one are going to accept the same amount of money, just less now and more later, then he has to opt out.GMDGATOR said:LeCramps will wind up in Los Angeles... He's as good as gone.GMDGATOR said:LeCramps will wind up in Los Angeles... Wade is not opting out... why in the world would he do that?
I wouldn't blame him. It's going to take a few years for the heat to build a roster around him that could win a championship. I don't think anyone expected wade to lay down like he did either.TheBigClaw said:I thought he would opt in with Miami for a year just to see what happens next year with the roster and such. Nah. That's not what does it.Law98gator;n8327 said:Is Leroy on board yet? I'm anxiously awaiting the meltdown by the We Worship MeBron Crowd. Does that make me a bad person?
