Frank Martin has ALWAYS coached that way. Push and shove and mug and hit and slap and hand check and bump until the refs call it which ALOT of times they DON'T so we will see how it goes cause SO FAR they have gotten the calls inside and we have not. I saw Mike White talking to the refs so we did get a couple of calls there...
