who is the on staff to replace them that is an upgrade if it is nord or summers. The OL coach from the rams on the support staff? Not questioning if the guys in the background can coach, but can they recruit?
Possibly our next OL coach? This hire was made in Feb:

Brett Ingalls, former Saints OL coach.
The most recent of these hires was made public Thursday, when Florida officially announced the addition of former New Orleans Saints offensive line coach Bret Ingalls as an offensive control quality assistant. UF has recently seen two of its more involved quality control specialists on the offensive side of the ball, John Garrett and Marquel Blackwell, leave to join new schools.
The 55-year-old Ingalls has spent the previous seven seasons with the Saints as an assistant coach, winning a Super Bowl ring in his first year with the team. He served as New Orleans' running backs coach starting in 2009 but shifted to coaching the offensive line in 2013.
Ingalls brings with him plenty of experience, having served past coaching staff roles at Northwestern, Miami (Ohio), Indiana State, Idaho, Northern Iowa, Louisville, Eastern Michigan and San Diego State.
Shannon will be the D coordinator making the calls - the Bama guy will be brought in to recruit (since Shannon can't) and coach RBs or LBs, depending on if they move Skipper over or not.I'm not sure I'd be happy with a guy calling plays who has no experience at this point.
doubt he can recruit and /or has any connection to Florida high schools. No thanks x1000000000Possibly our next OL coach?
I've seen it mentioned various times that Shannon was integral in game planning on D. Any chance that his recruiting suffered due to helping Collins get a top rated D?
What I read was Shannon helped a lot with game planning not calling plays. Which I believe we started off pretty well in most games. It was adjustments as you alluded to that were the issue. Not saying Shannon would make those adjustments, but that was Collins' job.Judging by the defenses they called according to a lot of people he didn't do a good job then. Our good defensive stats were from dominating way less talented defenses under Collins and they didn't seem to come through too well against equal talent. Many claimed it was Collins not adapting with the mess he was running at times.

Our next OL coach? He's got the staff connections.Another rumor, from another board...
Interesting name just floated out there by an Eagles guy.....

Message board stuff, but this guy seems to have some pretty legit info concerning the Eagles on this NFL board I get info off of for fantasy football purposes. He said: "Jeff Stoutland, Eagles OL coach, possibly speaking to Florida? I was told Soutland and the Eagles will likely part ways and that Stoutland was given permission to speak to Florida". He has not commented since, but I'll keep checking it out. Wouldn't pay much attention to it except when I looked him up, he was the OL coach for Mac at Michigan State for a few years, again at Alabama in 2010-2011, and was also the OL coach for Randy Shannon when he was the HC at Miami. Would also make sense from a timing perspective.
There's an old saying, "originality is the ability to forget where you got it." We like the idea regardless.
not real happy about another buddy being hired by Mac unless we know he is a lights out recruiter. Our next OL coach? He's got the staff connections.
If he is a good position coach that can put OL in the league, he will be a great recruiter.
He was Bamas OL coach in 2011-2012 so that has to mean something right? I remember their OLs being insane. He can prob play the NFL card but I wonder what kind of rapport he will have w' HS kids. This hire would worry me until he proves he can recruit. We need a dynamic recruiter first IMHO!
