It's not the pictures, it is the stats that are impressive. If guys are basically adding a pound a week or more to their weight while dropping their percent of body fat, then they are making some serious gains. It probably isn't sustainable, but if they are replacing fat with muscle, then they should be both stronger and faster. And my guess is that when players start to see these kinds of results, they'll buy into the program even more. So I'm impressed.
And it just continues to show how poor s & c was in the previous regime. Some of those guys just looked soft.
