Pat Mahomes, former MLB second baseman and father of the Chiefs QB, arrested for his third DUI. And does he ever look under the influence.

Where’s the 3 strike ruling here?

He did something like 40 days in jail for the last offense. No telling where this lands him.

Ok fine. They can have Mahomes back. I still want Ben Shelton though.

Wanting them there and actually fixing the games are two completely separate things. You guys act like it's odd the Chiefs are in the SB. They are there because Mahomes is the best football player on Earth. The same reason they've been there 4 times in the last six years.
Think it has more to do with Spagnola than Holmes this year

Pat Mahomes Sr. wasn't a 2B, he was a pitcher.

You're right. Guess that says something for how forgettable his career was. All-sports star growing up, an intense competitor. He passed that on to Patrick. Sad to see him struggle with alcohol. It's a thief.

As for this silly argument, it's pretty much always been the same since football was invented. If you go for it on 4th down and get it you're a ballsy badass trying to win, and if you don't get it you're a dumbass that has no business coaching and should be strung up.

I give Campbell credit for playing to win the game. Had he gotten the first down no one (including NV) would be bashing him today for a poor "situational" decision.

Yep, Chiefs went for it on 4th down vs the Ravens instead of kicking the FG; didn’t convert. Nobody’s talking about that.

Had the Chiefs just given up a 17 point halftime lead? Had the Ravebs scored at will leading up to that decision?

No? Yeah, not really the same situation.

Well, you might go for it if you DON’T trust your defense.

Or, you might go for it because you DO trust your defense.
